First off a panic attack is when you feel fear that is intense, and possibly a discomfort that may appear suddenly. Making you sweat, heart palpitate, stomach feel upset, and even shortness of breath. You may feel as if you’re going completely crazy or going to die even.
Unfortunately many people may take to drinking in order to deal with the anxiety or panic they are feeling. Not only creating one problem, but adding to it the fact of possibly becoming an alcoholic. So try not to use alcohol as a treatment to those feelings of panic.
If you are trying to stop drinking though you can cause a problem with panic in that case too. Your body will be craving the alcohol, and make you feel as if you are sick, and the only way to cure that feeling in your stomach is to take a drink.
Plus many medicines that you get to help out with panic attacks are ones that require you not to drink, it can lead to death in some cases. So if nothing else you need to deal with the problem of drinking first. Perhaps realizing that you have other ways to deal with those panic attacks will help out in a way.
Try and see a therapist and get help via that method. Get on medicines too, but stop with the drinking. It could be the biggest cause of the panic attacks or of them seeming worse than what they need to be. It’s just not an advisable option to helping with Panic-Attacks-From-Alcohol
Many people though will fight with this problem, because they want that fast action when it comes to forgetting about pain. But no matter what you need to fight off the feeling that you need to have that alcohol. Because it may be a bit harder for a doctor to figure out whether the cause is alcohol for your panic attacks, or if it’s only adding to it.
Finally, you may be able to use some sort of relaxation exercise to get those panic attacks stopped. Try listing to music or watching something you’ve always loved. Talking to a good friend, or going and doing something with your children. Lavender is also a good way to feel relaxed, get some incense and burn them to help lighten the mood. Just avoid the alcohol at any cost and see if your panic attacks are just as bad or better.
